Member Dues Information

Membership Dues (Required):

Membership dues are collected annually per calendar year – January 1 to December 31. Dues payments are requested by the end of the first quarter.

Virtual Meeting Fee (Required):

The meeting fee ($1,250) is an additional annual assessment and enables any employee of the same organization to attend any and all CIBO virtual meetings. The virtual meeting fee is separate from the in-person conferences registration. 

Advocacy (Voluntary):

Regularly collected voluntarily – provides additional dollars toward specific advocacy – related initiatives including an EPA – Boiler MACT litigation support effort. CIBO anticipates some additional litigation support proposals to consider.  We also expect to give further consideration to additional advocacy – related voluntary assessment support, including external communications materials on key public policy matters that CIBO identifies.

Special Projects (Voluntary):

Supports additional projects, including member facility data collection – tied to looking deeper into pending agency rulemakings, which also would be paid for via a voluntary assessment.

In-Person Conference Registration:

CIBO hosts two in-person conferences a calendar year. CIBO in-person conferences are open to CIBO members and non-members. The registration fee is not included in CIBO annual membership dues. Registration fees are paid prior to each in-person conference meeting.
